Un-war Space Lab With an Interactive Video Installation at the artKIT Gallery

08.07.2022 19:00

Armina Pilav and Damir Ugljen, working within the transmedia research practice Un-war Space Lab, were this year's RUK residents at KIBLA2LAB in April. During their residency, they carried out their research and in collaboration with the lab team, created a project in extended reality that tackles a number of anthropogenic influences and combines the past and the present in a speculative future scenario.

The result of their research and the project will be presented in the interactive video installation and extended reality exhibition Drava Reflections == Decoding the Drava ==, opening on Friday, 8 July 2022 at 7 p.m. at the artKIT Gallery in Maribor. On Saturday, 9 July, at 7 p.m., we invite you to join us by the river, where we will listen to the underwater sounds of the Drava, read and share short stories, watch a series of short films and videos, and have a relaxed social time. Saturday's event location: Ob izvirih, location of the former fish farm.
