This year's conference, The Future of Industry and Internationalization, combined the 3rd National Conference on the Internationalization of the Slovenian Economy and the 2nd Conference Industry of the Future. Based on opportunities for development and successful placement in global markets, the event took place on 21 September 2020. The conference also included an interesting round table on »Creativity is a ticket to the future«.

How advanced and present are development and innovation strategies in Slovenian companies? In which way do companies openly innovate, and to what extent do they cooperate with educational institutions, innovative startups, and cultural-creative industries? To what extent do companies collaborate in development and innovation with foreign partners? What proportion of new innovative solutions do they export?

The conference was organized by MGRT, GZS, and SPIRIT.
